The Center for Agricultural Profitability's Agricultural Land Management Quarterly webinar series offers management advice and insight for Nebraska landowners, agricultural producers and others with an interest in agricultural land. The webinars will conclude with an “Ask the Experts” session where participants can get answers to their land or lease questions.
Webinars are typically held on the third Monday of February, May, August, and November.

The presentation will also include a segment on landlord-tenant communication issues related to closing out 2024 leases and review leasing considerations for 2025. The webinar will conclude with an “Ask the Experts” session, allowing participants to get live answers to their land or leasing questions.
Summer 2024

The August webinar will cover 2024 Nebraska Farm Real Estate Survey and Report Estimates, including land values and cash rental rates, as well as a special feature report on cover crops and farmland leases. A segment on landlord and tenant communication will discuss reporting crop progress on leased land as well as terminating verbal leases ahead of the approaching deadline in Nebraska. The webinar will conclude with "Ask an Expert" section that offers viewers the change to have their questions answered directly.

The May webinar will examine the latest average cash rental rates in the state, as reported in the recently released Nebraska Farm Real Estate Report, and offer insight on adjusting rental rates considering current commodity prices this year.
