Corn and soybean growers should be paying close attention to their marketing decisions this fall, with both markets working higher on tightening supplies and strong demand. This webinar will examine the U.S. supply and demand outlook ahead of the September WASDE report, review Pro Farmer Crop Tour yield findings against USDA's estimates, and cover export, ethanol and crush demand trends for corn and soybeans. It will also look at how Black Sea shipping disruptions and dry weather in Europe are supporting prices, and offer practical strategies for managing price risk through harvest and into the 2027 crop year.
With Jeff Peterson, assistant professor of practice, UNL Agricultural Economics.
This is presented as part of the 2026 CAP/TAPS webinar series, "Marketing Tips for Corn and Soybeans," taking place through October.
