A series of in-person meetings across the state will detail 2026 and 2027 Agriculture Risk Coverage and Price Loss Coverage programs for farmers and other agricultural professionals. The series is hosted by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center for Agricultural Profitability and USDA Farm Service Agency in Nebraska.

The election and enrollment period for ARC and PLC for the 2026 crop year is now open through Dec. 11. The 2027 crop year period will be open from Nov. 2 through March 15.

Both programs are administered by the USDA Farm Service Agency to help offset changes in either revenue or price for specific crops. During the meetings, Nebraska Extension experts and representatives from Nebraska FSA will review what producers need to know as they work with their local FSA office and detail the important factors to consider before an election and enrollment decision.

The meetings are free to attend but registration is requested by calling the local extension office or signing up on the form below.
